1. What are you grateful for today?
My soul mate, friends, family, coffee and sunshine.

2. Tell us about one of your friends and what you love about her.
Kelly, her free will and  adventurous attitude at any given time. I thrive from her positive spirit and outlook on life. She makes every situation better and lights up a room with her smile.

3. Describe one of the best days of your life.
The day I graduated from college. I was the first of my family to make it through, while paying my own way. It was an accomplishment that I never thought I would succeed.

4. What’s the best lesson you learned from your mother/grandmother?
Treat others how you want to be treated. The world is a better place when everyone is respectful to each other.

5. We’re all unique. What is your special gift?
I am a decent cook and I always have a smile on my face.

6. What could women be doing to make their community a better place?
Pay it forward. We are all blessed in one way or another, so lending a hand and making someone else’s day can be a chain of goodness.

7. What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
I would travel the entire world, starting in Australia!
