Over the past decade, That’s What She Said has expanded into new cities and explored new avenues for uplifting women and building a sense of community. We’re proud of our work on That’s What Teens Say, the Shoe Said Project, and The She Said Project Podcast

And now, we’re excited to announce our very first printed collection of That’s What She Said stories! Keep reading to learn all about this project and discover how to pre-order our first book!

Making Stories More Accessible

We’ve always said that one of the greatest perks of working with That’s What She Said is access to live story-sharing events. We feel so fortunate to have a front-row seat to the moving stories told by passionate She Said speakers.

She Said speakers share life experiences that are powerful, inspirational, and heart-warming. And, while we deeply believe in the power of telling your story on stage, we also wanted to explore even more ways to share these stories with a wider audience.

And we’ve finally found a solution: we’re launching the very first collection of That’s What She Said stories! After all, the more people that hear a story, the greater the impact can be.

That’s What She Said, From the Stage to the Page: Volume 1

That’s What She Said, From the Stage to the Page: Volume 1 is currently in the works! It will feature 16 women who have told their stories on the She Said stage. It will also include a forward by two of the original founders of That’s What She Said, Kerry Rossow and Jill Pyrz.

Available for pre-order in December, Volume 1 will include storytellers from our live events. The book will include space for readers to capture their own thoughts as they gain inspiration from others’ stories and consider what they might include in their own.

And we’re happy to announce that Volume 1 is only the start! We will publish a new collection every other year as we meet more women and listen to more stories.

Pre-Order Your Own Copy

While we start printing copies of That’s What She Said From the Stage to the Page: Volume 1, you can get ready to pre-order your copy!

Pre-ordering will be available in December. When you pre-order, you ensure that you’re among the first in our community to receive and read our very first book! It will be available on our website, and online at Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

To be reminded when pre-ordering is available, make sure you’re on our email list! We’ll update you in December so that you can get your hands on one of the early copies. This amazing book will not only have the stories you have come to love but also a never-before-seen forward from the founders!
