We’re blown away by Amanda’s talent and graciousness. Her company, Five Foot Productions, did our 2015 promo video, the promo video for The Purpose Project, and is documenting the night of the show too. If you need a videographer, this is your girl!

What are you grateful for today?
Caffeinated beverages.

Tell us about one of your friends and what you love about her.
Frances, my bestie here in the CU! I love that she keeps it real and that we can just walk into each other’s houses without ringing the doorbell or knocking.

Describe one of the best days of your life.
The day that I gave birth to my daughter. I was a hot mess, and crazy drugged out, but it is the single most intense day of my life. The hubby was a champ!

What’s the best lesson you learned from your mother/grandmother?
My mom has an amazing work ethic! She’s worked some really shitty jobs for us growing up, but kicked ass at each one. Thanks, mom!

We’re all unique. What is your special gift?

What could women be doing to make their community a better place?
Be engaged, be noisy, be observant, be collaborative. You can’t attempt to make your community a better place without knowing first what’s already happening and what others are doing.

What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
Be more honest.
